Free Fire received its OB25 update on December 7, 2020, which brought many additions and changes to the game, such as a new weapon: Vector Akimbo, Clash Squad Season 4, HUD Changes, and much more. New Features of Free Fire OB26 Update:
The next OB26 update will remove some old features and bring a lot of new features to Free Fire. As time passes and we get closer to the release date, more and more leaks will start to come from different sources. That's why we dedicate this post specifically to the leaks available as of today.
1. New character: Snowelle
If you could play Free Fire OB25 Advanced Server, you must have played this female character named "Snowelle". However, the character was not introduced to the game with the OB25 update, so we can expect it with the OB26 update. She is a laboratory researcher specialized in nanotechnology and robotics.
Like all the characters in the game, Snowelle also comes with a special ability called "Nano Nerves". His special ability makes the enemies he shoots unable to use his active ability and cannot convert EP to HP.
Nano Nerves Level 1: Within 5 seconds of being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, they cannot convert EP to HP. CD 45.
Nano Nerves Level 2: Within 5 seconds of being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, they cannot convert EP to HP. CD 42s.
Nano Nerves Level 3: Within 5 seconds of being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, they cannot convert EP to HP. CD 39s.
Nano Nerves Level 4: Within 5 seconds of being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, they cannot convert EP to HP. CD 36.
Nano Nerves Level 5: 5 seconds after being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, cannot convert EP to HP. CD 33s.
Nano Nerves Level 6: Within 5 seconds of being hit by Snowelle, enemies cannot use active abilities, they cannot convert EP to HP. CD 30s.
2. New character: Sverr
Sverr is on the OB24 Advanced Server upcoming characters list, but we don't have him in OB24 update or OB25 update. Hopefully he will be a playable character in the game with the OB26 update.
Sverr is a top-tier MMA fighter and comes with a special ability (active ability) called "Going Berserk". Currently, there are characters "DJ Alok" and "K" with active skill. Soon we will get a new Chrono character also with the active skill. So with the OB26 update, Sverr will be the fourth character in Free Fire with an Active Skill.
Sverr's special ability increases the damage dealt to the enemy as their HP is reduced. At level 1, his special ability consumes 40 HP to increase damage by 10% and lasts for 5 seconds. When playing matches, you can level up the character to increase this percentage.
3. New pet: dinosaur
With the OB26 update, we may see a new dinosaur pet. On servers outside of India, his name is kept as "Dragosito", but it is not yet known what his name would be on the Indian server. The appearance of the mascot is similar to that of a cute mini dinosaur.
The Dinosaur pet's special ability is called "Heavy Thief Skill". Increases item gathering speed and running speed by 10% after killing. The effects last only a short time.
4. Complete map of Bermuda 2.0
We are all looking forward to the release of the Bermuda Remastered / Bermuda 2.o map in Free Fire from the last two OB updates. The official announcement of the release of this new map was made right after the OB24 update, but the developers were unable to implement their words due to some technical issues.
Later, everyone expected it with the OB25 update, but nothing happened as such. So we could finally see the new Bermuda 2.0 map with the OB26 update. We have already been introduced to the four locations on the Bermuda 2.0 map in Clash Squad mode. The locations are: Hydropower, Academy, Fisherman Greek, and Yagami Garden. But the full Bermuda 2.0 map will come with a lot of changes compared to the standard Bermuda map. The changes were available in Advance Server released prior to the OB24 update. Aside from the aforementioned changes, two new locations called "Tokyo" and "New York" will also be on the map. We will see Tokyo near Clock Tower and Factory, while New York will be near Riverside.
